So there's a chance the new one will be worth the time it takes to download Edit: Legion no longer exists. This game isn't being built on the same engine. They're using UE4, which does pretty much everything they want it to without having to turn it into something like the frankensteinian UE3 engine DUST uses. I think a week or so from shutdown I'll load up with Imperial Amarr faction crap and go on a last, stupid rampage. On the evening of the last day, I'll try to get into FW-matches to try and kill as many of my own side as possible. Hopefully I won't end up being the only player left online on that fateful day

I wish ccp wasn't so drat incompetent. I love the aesthetics and atmosphere of EVE and Dust had the potential to be a really fantastic game. No other sci fi shooter has scratched that gothy space opera, cyberpunk itch the way Dust did

It was nice to snipe players so far away they didn't render and tryhard tankers. Would gladly have continued playing if it wasn't for the bad parts, it was a stable and highly playable (ignoring graphics, gameplay issues, framerates) game after all.

Ah, I will miss those times where I stealth-walked behind people to pistol-wip them like the dumbest assassin ever. On the other hand, I won't miss all those hours lost waiting to get into faction matches to collect 100k LP. Because I failed and now have 40k LP that will be totally useless.
