Stop motion is awesome and looks great.

Wallace and Grommit, Pingu, Shaun the Sheep, Coraline, Tim Burton movies, and numerous others.

My favorite is Pingu.
Fucker rocks out!

Whats your favorite Claymation/Stop motion show?

Do you think real stop motion will be around with CGI becoming so commonplace?

That show had a weird cycle of being "Haha he is naive you see!" to being decent I thought. But I dont know poo poo from farts, so I cant be a real judge here.

I think it had a character development.

I'm really glad the LEGO movie went for a simulated stop motion animation style. It really gave it a charm that would be lost if it were smooth - might've had a "direct to DVD" feel to it.

the same thing happened with Stamatopoulos's other show Frankenhole, they get the bad jokes out of the way in the first episodes/season, then rapidly become pretty good

The old school stop motion feel, the adult humor, and the rather good story really made it a great movie. Plus the voice acting from all the notable people!

Its almost like... everything is awesome... in that movie. :iamafag:
