Buyers will be able to print out return shipping labels and Ebay will automatically charge the seller for that expense. The return shipping price cannot be higher than the original shipping price, but only if the seller used EBay's shipping labels for original shipping. Some sellers will be enrolled into this system starting September 15th and all sellers will be in it by the 2015 holiday season.
