the off-the-shelf vapes for nicotine do not reach a high enough temperature to vaporize things like hash oil but you can get higher temp ones in the states that have medical/recreational. e: if you have even a little bit of electrical engineering knowledge you can buy an off-the-shelf nicotine vape and modify it so the coil gets hotter (I think its just a resistor swap)
