Rain clearing east and southeast counties by early this afternoon, with patchy outbreaks of rain pushing in from the Atlantic later, mainly affecting west and southwest counties. Rather breezy, especially in western areas in a moderate to fresh southwest wind. Highest temperatures 11 to 14 degrees Celsius, coolest in the east and northeast. Yeah a bit forecasty but it's an accurate description.
