if they make number 3, they really need to re-do 1 and 2, and im not talking just an hd, they need to redo the voices and quite possibly the script. at the time it freakin rocked but it hasnt aged well and the only way i can really stand it anymore is by playing the japanese version, because i dont speak the language and can't determine how bad the voice acting is luckily i have ntsc, ntsc-j, and pal versions of the game

in the old days of napster i found this rap song about shenmue that was dope and about doing boring poo poo everyday like going to the arcade and feeding your cat and sometimes fighting but mainly driving forklifts. i cant find it anymore because that game grumps rear end in a top hat made a shenmue rap song and that is all that comes up now when i search for it.
