I vote the battle in the nebula in ST2 wrath of khan as the best, and probably one of the best St moves hands down. Undiscovered Country was a pretty good flick all things considered. The space battle at the end was good poo poo.

Nemesis had to make a big epic flashy 20 minute space battle at the end because it quite literally had no other redeeming parts. WOK and ST6 were awesome from the beginning and the character development was meaningful. The tension in both films continued to build up until those final battles, so you didn't need a shitload of flash since you already had the substance. Kirk talking about growing old in WOK and Spock talking about his prejudices in ST6 were far more entertaining than all the lens flares and Brent Spiner fellating of the last three films.

p.s. What is the Star Trek-related character limit that qualifies you as an honorary pedo?
