my friend woke up with a spider bite that got worse and worse and it turned out he was infected with a resistant strain of MRSA and had to get a decent chunk of flesh scooped out of his shoulder it was pretty metal

brown recluse bites aren't even that dangerous. there were a poo poo ton in my house where I used to live. first off, they will only bite you if they are forced to, secondly, if they do bite you, you have a better chance of dying from staph infection than you do the spider's venom. Just clean the wound, you'll be okay. I got bit in the foot from a recluse one time. It left a decent crater type sore that was slow to heal, but it really wasn't any big deal.
