in the original cut, scarface says "say hello to my little friend," then takes out his tiny, thin wiener and leaves it bobbing around for the rest of the scene.

furthermore, in the original cut pretty much every third scene with scarface in it has him abruptly go "say hello to my little friend", take out his awful little child's penis and leaves it hanging there for all to see.
