I had this problem trying to unlock Mewtwo, whose was unlocked either by playing multiplayer a certain amount of hours or a certain number of matches, in Smash Bros Melee.

Honestly, I'm surprised they actually noticed the one light and light whirring noise when going downstairs to get laundry.

Also everyone I knew in elementary that had a Gameboy had pokemon but I never met one person who had a link cable, including myself :(.
