I draw a space helmet on my mirror in the morning sometimes and re-act that scene. Then my fiance takes a shower and yells at me for drawing on the mirror, she calls me a child but she doesn't understand.

But it's my fault, not his, despite me always taking him back and forgiving him. It's also my fault that he stabbed himself in the gut when I was six months pregnant with our second son. He needs help. I love him and would do anything for him, but the only way he can see his kids is if he gets help. He refuses.

Yes, alcoholics are great, aren't they? Especially the wife-beating, walking-out-on-their-family variety!

Talk to your daughter, she cries every night because you won't talk to her. She's only six. Be a man for once. When you walked out on your family instead of dealing with your alcoholism and mental illness(es), you should've thought about your little girl.

You've got a point OP. The world is made up of some horrible people. But I would like to think that this world will be a better place because my awesome kids will be in it. If I raise them right, they will make their part of the world beautiful. I will teach my boys to love women and respect them. Not all people are lovely, OP. I think the most unselfish thing to do is to raise your children to be decent people. Teach them right from wrong. Love them unconditionally. If everyone did this, there would be a lot less Mookfaces in the world.
