Everytime I go to the local clinic they just say "yep, its strep throat." Even if it has nothing to do with my throat. I'm guessing some pharmaceutical vendor incentivized them to give out some expensive strep throat med or something. On the bright side, I *never* get strep throat.

The bus stop that goes out to the long island shelter is right over by there also there is a methadone clinic. The long island shelter is closed due to the bridge issues but now there is another shelter nearby. It has become sort of a locus for street people and drug addicts. I would avoid it like the plague. If you need a hospital Beth Israel or Mass General are way way better. I actually work on the BU Medical Center campus right down the street there and I NEVER go up to the corner of Mass Ave. and Albany St. because it is such a loving zoo.
