Knifegrab
Jul 30, 2014

Gadzooks! I'm terrified of this little child who is going to stab me with a knife. I must wrest the knife away from his control and therefore gain the upperhand.
Problem description: A while back I disabled driver signature enforcement to install Virtual Audio Cable. Now I cannot run certain games because it tells me driver signature enforcement is disabled.

Attempted fixes: I have tried to go to my startup settings, but everytime the only option is to disable driver signature enforcement, which doesn't help as its already disabled.

Recent changes: Other than originally disabling driver signature enforcement no. I don't remember exactly how I disabled it, other then copying and pasting some command into the cmd prompt and rebooting my computer.

Operating system: Windows 8.1

Location: USA

I have Googled and read the FAQ: Yes, almost everything on google only speaks to disabling enforcement, but not how to re-enable it.
