Zipcar is cool because they dont hide the GPS/GMRS transceiver very well. Zipcar is also cool because you have a bunch of people using the same car. A downside is they put stupid god drat stickers on some of their cars. I like zipcar.

Just buy a 10 year old vehicle, Ethanolify it with a 400 dollar kit. Make your own Ethanol. Drive your car with your ethanol, avg person can produce 100gal a month so Unless you're driving 90 miles a day you should be good.

I love uber and I take it whenever I go downtown for some serious drinking. Yes, getting raped by the driver is annoying but you can reduce the amount of tip if he's too rough.

See I thought the big problem with uber was basically that the driver is taking a huge loving risk. If he has an accident and god forbid he hurts his passengers and/or other drivers, he is hosed. Like nailed to the wall hosed forever for all that poo poo since his insurance isn't going to cover him operating his vehicle as a commercial transport. Do uber drivers actually bother to get the right insurance or are they really that loving stupid to take that massive loving risk?
