Does anyone remember that TV show Reboot about the games characters living in a PC? And someone would play a game of Mad Dog McCree or something and if they died in the game they died in real life, but it was ok because the owner of the PC only played one game once a wekk and when they died once they just turned the game off? Should that show get a Reboot? Video games have changed a lot since then, so instead of mad DocMcree Ezio and Dot and the rad as poo poo 90's kid would have to play some never endings MMO where they grind for pigs trotters for hours on end as the gamer orders dominos via an app. Maybe they could be in Farmville? The possibilities are endless.

Would the Reboot reboot use cheezy graphics to indicate that it takes place inside a computer, or cutting edge graphics because that's what the original show would have used if it could?

sure, but do it like TNG did and have new characters, a new setting, with some of the old characters giving the new ones their blessing. Bringing the old characters back for anything more then cameos would cause the show to bomb. the voice actors are either dead or too old now and get rid of the whole games destroy sectors plot. Enough people are computer savvy enough to know thats bullshit

According to the Wikipedia page it is getting both a new tv series and at least one movie, but details from the last couple years are pretty slim. The show was a lot of fun but I torrented it about a year ago and it doesn't really hold up.
