in pretty much every episode of scrubs Dr. Cox purposefully mis-gendereds JD with female pronouns (she/her/ect.) even though JD repeatedly makes it clear that he identifies as a man and prefers male pronouns. Even worse, this bullying is not only not condemned by the show, but is in fact played for laughs.
