yeah I guess it's getting caned by people making weird poo poo on it. Keep trying, it comes up every now and again.

Basically it's visual feedback through neural networks trained for image recognition. It's possible to kind of run it "backwards" and have the network "see things" in the details of an image and amplify what it sees.
