i can't think of any situation like that where you would need to use any verb besides poo poo (I.E. "Some rear end in a top hat poo poo in my trash can.")

you can absolutely use diarrhea as a verb, as in "Last night, once I was done having intercourse with your mother, I diarrheaed all over her face." or in future tense "Tomorrow, once I am done having intercourse with your mother, I will diarrhea all over her face."
