istockphoto is a website where photographers and filmmakers can upload stock photography and videos for users to download and use royalty-free. One of the easiest ways to search istockphoto is by using the tags that artists tag their pictures with. If you're searching for a photo of, say, blood, it's easy to type "blood" and get a picture like this: Seems reasonable, right? However, you might also get a picture like this:  I don't know about you, but I don't see any blood there. The reason is pretty obvious -- more tags means more chances for people to see your work, and who knows exactly what they're looking for anyway, right? But the results can sometimes be...odd. Here's all the tags for an image: Miracle, Family, DNA, Father, Sun, Popular Music Concert, Covering, Examining, Human Eye, Daughter, Surprise, Moth, Cityscape, accent, indicate, Samaniego, aciculum, carved letters, Concepts And Ideas, Lifestyle, Showing Off, Gray, Looking At View, Looking Through Window, Railroad Junction, Beckoning, Looking, Scenics, Awe, Scrutiny, Togetherness, Contemplation, Love, Care, Acute Angle So let's play a game here. Post all the tags for an istockphoto photograph (or other stock photography website), or MSpaint a picture based on the tags. After people have painted their guess at the picture, post the actual photo for comparison. You can start with the one above!
