No, it was in reference that he was going to stomp on someone, literally, so hard that all that would be left when he was done was a bloody hole in the ground where they used to be.

I always thought it meant he's stomp a hole in some guy's chest. One of his setpieces was putting his opponent in a corner and stomping him/her (he did beat his wife after all), so I figured that was what he meant by that phrase.
