Soak potatoes, cut them right, cook them once, then cook them twice. (get peanut oil all over your stove) Clean up is not worth the best fries ever.

Sweet potato fries don't count as fries. They get served with fag rear end poo poo like marshmallow and caramel sauce. Sweet potatoes in general can suck by b-hole but the fry version is a loving insult. what the gently caress
