Kazakhstan is a largely empty (and vast) desert ruled by a mafioso dictator and his family, mostly undeveloped, and economically propped up by Russian military contracts and sex-slave rings. Don't go to Kazakstan. This is coming from me.  Kyrgyzstan is pretty dope, invest in Kyrgyzstan instead.
