hmm, its possible but you have to have them ingest certain particles first that pass the blood-brain barrier. only then can the inner ear recieve the waves. if you don't you'll just end up burning them. but that can be useful to, i have numerous target indi's i use the waves on to burn their anus & genitals beacuse they were too paranoid to drink their own water.

ELFs have been linked (though not conclusively AFAIK) to ghost sightings, paranoia, suicidal depression and other psychological maladies. Several "haunted" or "cursed" sites that seem to be magnets for misfortune have been correlated to locations of elevated ELF activity. ELF's effects on the body are poorly understood.
