Today's featured Wikipedia article is about Typhoon Gay. It wasn't a terribly damaging typhoon by any standards but they named this thing in 1992 when gay 100% meant homosexual. Either the guys in PAGASA or whatever who named it were either clueless or just wanted to hear newscasters talking about Gay hitting Guam in all seriousness. Let's talk about our favourite disasters.
