Last time I saw Kanye on SNL was him doing black skinhead and new slaves, and I thought both performances were amazing. Tonight he doesn't seem to give a single gently caress about being there.

So this week is Jonah Hill and Future (who is pretty cool) so I'm quite looking forward to that. Week after seems an odd booking... Ariana Grande as host/musical act? I can understand when the double duty is handed over to people like Justin, but I can't understand the logic behind Grande hosting. I like her album enough despite her odd annunciations, but her acting roles seem minor and infrequent and there's nothing I can see that makes it anything other than 'everyone else was busy'. Anyone have any clue? Hoping for the best regardless.

She probably wants to host, and they're letting her. Maybe she thinks she'll kill and start getting acting jobs, or that she is a huge fan of SNL and is just excited.
