Biodome kept giving incremental updates and everyone kept buying it, he was being cited in news stories. Eventually someone figured out he was a fake and the backlash from the reporters was hilariously vicious. It was a glorious 3-4 hours. I'm sure everyone was missing the point that a man is dead.

I liked the Toxx thread where everyone was betting on who would draft Tebow. Then it turned out only one or two people bet on Denver and nothing happened and it kind of sucked. But it was nice to see the forum come together like that for a few days
