I hear the call of the forest. One day I'll get a tent and experiment living without a motor vehicle. Of course I'll still be 'on the grid' - but what would happen if enough people go into the woods? Breaking and entering and stealing isn't cool, but if enough people changed their lifestyle the mortgage/property tax system would go haywire. If we inventoried and managed the buildings we have everyone could have a bed and a roof but
