https://www.goontrading.com is down now i wonder what happened to this guy and what his real name was he apparently scammed goons for many thousands of dollars and also was a dev for ninjatrader's trading platform most of the goons that made it past the subforum scams and went to the private offsite then got repeatedly scammed even more he pushed various systems of mra/pua/nlp type brainwashing scams the most interesting was elliot wave theory and reminiscences of a stock operator which still work with modern game theory

Ya my ex is a hell of a woman and I still cry daily over how I must have jealously smothered her or dragged her down. My whole family hates me because of this in one way or another. I'm very loud and sad. In some ways I wish I had never got involved with her both to not have screwed up her life but also because I just didn't want to fall in love for such a short time. Maybe she knew she couldn't love me or that it wouldn't work out and if so I think she was deceptive/irresponsible in not being direct about that but Ill never know. All her friends and family must think I'm the biggest weirdo and joke and that social pressure alone is enough for me to accept we won't get back together. I'm on medication and going to two therapy sessions one is a group but I still tear up over all kinds of things. I don't think that will continue. Apparently there is nothing wrong with being sad if you have a broken heart as long as you can manage and have a functional life. No one can argue that love is real and for some it's rare. The meds have really helped me level off. Maybe I'm just obsessing and I'm in a totally limited place in my life right now which exasperates things but I just don't run into dead ringers of sara jean underwood that are also awesome people everyday. If I could do anything to get my ex back I would but I have no idea where I'd start and the reality is it is probably impossible. In the end she deserves her happiness and I hope she finds it. I've spoken to my therapist psychiatrist and various friends about this and I understand severing but there's also a whole industry of reconciliation and self improvement and I don't really see a lot of that positivity in this sperg thread. Maybe some would say it's overly hopeful to want to heal a toxic relationship but it really depends on a lot of variables and for some the the juice is worth the squeeze. I feel like some of the advice of hard severing in this thread comes from the emotional spite of others who haven't had their own relationships workout and are cynical jaded or even subversive and want others to feel their own pain. One thing I've learned from both group therapy and my individual sessions is that I have to do what makes me happy and I have to follow my own ideals just as long as they're healthy and respectful of others boundaries. I don't fall in love easily and I've grown out of jumping into sexual or emotional relationships with people I don't really find to be awesome. I guess I'm comfortable with the potential long wait for a new partner. I never have really gotten over anyone I've loved but I've learned to be functional beyond it and I think I've hit that point and am stabilizing. I doubt I'd be at that point without my ex pushing me in the right direction and I wish she was still in my life but I totally get that she wants different things.
