Any alcohol in an amount sufficient to get you drunk is unhealthy, but don't let that stop you. Just pick a drink that has the fewest unnecessary calories and the lowest potential for nasty hangovers. Also you should like the way it tastes, but that's optional, I guess. I recommend bourbon on the rocks, personally.

Seriouspost calorie per ABV the best is champagne, as far as hard stuff goes tequila and mezcal are surprisingly the least terrible? Otherwise as mentioned a drink a Bloody Mary or a Breakfast Stout because they have vitamins and nutrients

Liquor, beer, and wine makers aren't required by the FDA to divulge additives, so their products contains who knows what. If it doesn't taste like just alcohol, it's not a relatively healthy alcoholic beverage.
