Problem description: The power jack on my Sony Vaio laptop has come loose inside; the power plug-in charges the machine only in certain positions and is wobbly, etc. The only place that does resoldering for this problem is 90 minutes away, and they come off as kind of fast talkers. Would anyone have any recommendations for a shop that does this sort of job through mail-order - I send it in & pay, they send it back?

Attempted fixes: Nothing; I have no experience with soldering and don't want to start wiith a job like this.

Recent changes: None, though obviously something happened to jar it loose.
