Today I'm in quite a hard spot; my laptop charger's cord has snapped and popped, and can no longer properly charge my laptop.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 with a Asurion 3-Year Laptop Computer Accidental Protection Plan, both of which I purchased last November. How should I contact them best? Can I expect to go to a store for a replacement (Target or Best Buy), or do I need to be more patient for the warranty to do it's magic?
