I have been arguing with my gf because I am of the firm belief that she has absolutely insane jersey takes. Now she defends this by saying I am partially colourblind (true) but please back me up that these are deranged opinions; - think Seahawks throwbacks are worse than current unis - HATES Houston Oilers throwbacks - Thinks Steelers unis are mid - Prefer pewter Bucs unis to creamsicles even if its the pewter ones with the alarm clock font - prefers dark blue chargers unis + helmets to powder blue and white helmet ones - prefers dark green Eagles to Kelly green - thinks 49ers have bad unis and colour scheme It's not just me right? This is insane?

I'm also not a huge fan of the Steelers unis, but that's because I'm not a fan of black/yellow color schemes

As an old rear end Pats fan, I think their uniforms have always been dogshit in general. The color rush based current ones are stupid as poo poo with the fat stripes that go nowhere, gently caress off. The really old timey ones were ugly AF and only have appeal as kitch. They're also covered in loser stink. The brief Giant Flying Elvis uniforms were insanely ugly. That leaves the dynasty era uniforms, which are the best of the bunch, but even those are too fussy/busy to rise above, like, a B-. They're fine.

I should say with the Seahawks, Bucs and Eagles that I like both the current and throwbacks but slightly prefer one side, and I would find preferring either defensible. Whereas she *hates* the throwbacks on all three. I'm glad somebody agrees on the Chargers and Oilers because those takes made me feel like I was taking crazy pills.

I like the Eagles throwbacks as just a throwback, wear it once in a while. The midnight green is the Eagles to me, and it's what they won a Super Bowl with along with their greatest sustained period of success in franchise history. Plus it's a unique look.
