Help me find the thread on this very forum (though it may not have been in GBS) where people were posting logic puzzles and whoever solved it would then post their own I can't find it anywhere and I don't have archives!

Ok, so one time I watched this short movie about a guy who bought an internet connection (i think?) and it went on the side of his computer, but it was playing up so he wrote to the company he bought it from and the whole movie was letters sent back and forth between the company and the customer. The customer starts to get ill due to the internet connection he bought? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT? I really think it was done by Tim and Eric because I think it references Cinco, but I can't find anything anywhere.

I am looking for a website that let you choose from a list of software (like firefox, microsoft defender, opera, google chrome) and then it would create an executable for you download with all the soft ware you chose.

I'm looking for this one webcomic that starts off as a regular Christian webcomic, and throughout the characters start sliding further and further into evil and depravity. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Pulling this thread back from the dead because there's a video clip that I've been looking for for some time. It was a clip from an old movie probably from the '70s or '80s. It starts off with these two business guys, obviously the villains in the film. Nothing seems out of the ordinary as they talk with exaggerated evil voices. Then someone comes in and puts an object of some kind on the table. One of the business guys says something along the lines of "You know what this means? Ninja duel!". The second business guy just says "Aaaah, poo poo!" in the biggest "I really don't have time for this" tone I have ever heard. It then cuts to them, in full ninja gear in a field where they fight another pair of ninjas. YouTube is bringing nothing up, given how vague "ninja duel" is in the search bar.

A strange urge to find that ridiculously long and detailed review of LOTR:Fellowship of the rings collectors edition DVD came over me recently, but I can't find it. It was on a front page update I think. I want to see if I can actually make it through it...

Some of you may remember the website Real Ultimate Power. Way back in the day, maybe 2003 or so, the website featured two "ninja songs". One was (and still is) a fairly crappy 30-second mashup of the inane sounds posted by the website's author. The other one, while also a mashup of the inane sounds posted by the website's author, was fairly passable and around 3 minutes long. The URL was "www.freedommusic.co.uk/ninja.mp3" That particular track has since been removed from the RUP page, and its original author's page is long gone. I had a copy of said track until around 2005 or so when I lost both copies of it to a nearly simultaneous mp3 player destruction and HDD failure. If anyone can be depended on to collect various humorous poo poo from the internet, it's you goons, and so I humbly request assistance in this matter.

While not strictly "internet junk", I was wondering whether any of you could remind me of the name of a relatively old game in which you run a space station shaped like a donut, sections of which you have to unlock. There were 3 levels to the stations, industrial/residential, recreational and natural where you could modify the landscape etc. Different features of your station would attract different types of aliens to live there etc. I know that's a really lovely description but I'm hoping to strike it lucky here.

Anyone remember this game? It was an isometric 3D game where you were a survivor in a zombie infested place, and you'd go building to building saving survivors and capturing buildings. It had very basic graphics, so I'm thinking it was an indie game. edit: Well, I googled what I posted and got my answer, Survival Crisis Z.

Many years ago when I used to post on LWS (2006?) there were two sites I wish I could see again 1 was a webcomic about two characters (one of whom was a talking chili pepper) and called something like "space patrol" the other was a kind of faux hentai comedy comic site that had strips like "If tentacle porn was real" where a woman and a tentacle argue about shopping and in-laws and an ongoing series where a mom tries to get with her son and accidentally kills his girlfriend (which wasnt as creepy as it sounds in my head - i hope) Google cant help me with either

The first sounds a little like Ghastly's Ghastly Comic (http://www.ghastlycomic.com , though neither the first nor last comic are typical), while the second is part of the "Kenta's Horny Mom" arc from Sexy Losers (death scene here, aftermath here). Edit: Maybe it was all Sexy Losers? http://sexylosers.com/016.html. Lotta tentacle porn in webcomics, it seems. Resident Idiot fucked around with this message at 03:19 on Nov 22, 2010 |

There is this guy: Pekiti. He has two youtube accounts. He kinda blew up for a little while not too long ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0IMHzibGqI&feature=channel He had a video where he was trimming a bush with a knife. It was pretty insane. He must have removed it but I am curious if anyone knows what I am talking about and might be able to find the video. Thanks.

This is a double-post but whatever-it's related here too. I remember reading a story (probably goon-written knowing my internet past) about some guy's history with Stretch Armstrong toys and it's corn-syrup filled form contributed to his diabetes since his sugar-deprived childhood pushed him to cut open his stretch armstrongs and such the sugary fluids from within.

There was a trailer for a fake American movie, done by some French folks IIRC. It had a lot of cursing, and I think ended with the phrase "It's a gently caress." Pretty sure I saw it on youtube, linked in an SA thread some time...

I've been toying with this Flash Tenori-on simulator for the last couple of days at http://lab.andre-michelle.com/swf/fl10/ToneMatrix.swf , but I defintely remember there being something very similar to this a year or so ago, which had the tenori-on but also a bunch of simulated effects pedals you could add into the sound. Anyone?
