The latest Doug Loves Movies podcast was insane. I'm surprised Doug remained as cool as he did given his penchant for flying off the handle when things don't go smoothly. I'm just sad Edgar Wright wasn't there.

That Dan guy seems unreal, he's literally emailing someone he does not know to tell them that they should be envious of his life? Bragging about making a ton of money and how his life is better than even your dreams? What? Must be some sort of joke... nobody could be that insecure about themselves. If you go to his site there's a "promo" video that shows a ton of introductions and just as soon as you see him get on stage the video ends, where are the examples of his comedy?

The only problem I have with the show is that for the most part certain charts (especially music) don't change all that much week to week so it's not as funny to hear them riff on a song for the third time. Howard also isn't the strongest host but the recent episode seems to point to that changing. Not sure where I am on Glitter in the Garbage. Some of the bits are pretty funny, but Drew essentially does the same voice every single time. The one guy's voice is extremely creepy too.

Comedy Death Ray Best of 2010 episode is pretty amazing, I thought it would be almost all clips with just Scott setting them up, but its basically a full show along with the clips. I really liked the debut of Frasier Fonzie, especially the backstory, and I can't wait for him to come back. I also loved the CHARACTER SPOILER! announcement of the death of Lil' Gary because I don't enjoy that bit at all. But I'm saddened by the apparent retirement of 'What's Up Hot Dog' edit: Oh that's what Computer Secrets' edit was for. Motherfucker. Only started listening to CDR recently so haven't heard all the characters, and the ones I have have been for one or two eps at most. Is the "Best of" going to go over my head? Should I listen to more eps first, or just jump straight into it? Xmas episode was hilarious, especially the end.

Though, to be fair, only a few really need explanation since many are impressions of famous people or characters like Bill Cosby Bukowski that are impressions of multiple famous people. Also, I'm not sure why everyone's freaking out here since Lil Gary isn't dead
