That would be a Husky, though I'm not sure which kind of Husky. I believe it is (at least in Siberian Huskies), I haven't seen many huskies in my area that don't have them like that, but you do find them without it. You also find other animals with eyes like that, even people.

This is my mother-in-law's dog, Denali. A big spoiled baby, but still very sweet. By the end of our visit she was bringing toys to my infant daughter.

In the first image you can kind of see a beige blanket in front of her. It's actually a deflated looking dog bed that is her "wooby". She lays down and suckles on it. She doesn't like it when people mess with it either.

It it a siberian husky indeed! Heterochromia is fairly commong among the breed. I actually have the same defect as one of my eyes is green and the other is brown! My siberian husky has two blue eyes, however.
