It's been incredibly boring and forgettable since the new year. For me, at least.

The only thing I can remember as something interesting that happened this month was the personality test.

You didn't know that? Porn stars are just like us dude. They often hang around hoping for sex in a questionable van with a guy that has a camera who is clearly not going to post it on the internet.

Regarding the argument about whether the system they use to play stuff is touchscreen or not, you guys were right, I was wrong.

Hey Paul, I think you're referring to the Prophet system which we use a mouse to operate, it's not touchscreen, hope that answered your question! Take Care Paul!

We were discussing the software Howard and Fred use while running the
show and we wondered if they had touchscreen to operate it?

Thanks man,

Paul.

Today he was talking about how his "daughters do great things." I get that everyone likes to brag about their kids but far as I know the one thing of note his daughter has done is appear is some lovely play topless.

Total side note: was anyone hearing Medicated Pete breath and make weird noises on mic all through the Wrap Up Show? Someone finally called in to complain, but they didn't do anything to tell him to stop. I wanted to drive my car into a ditch - it was like nails on a blackboard!

A lot of rich people's kids end up doing stuff like this. Don't get me wrong, it's great that they're volunteering their time, but they're not doing it exclusively out of good will.

It's the same reason a lot of trophy wives (like Beth) get "causes" (like North Shore Animal League).

They can't handle not being successful in some way - they're embarrassed by their uselessness to society, especially in comparison to their wealthy, famous, talented parent/spouse. So they start volunteering for some cause or other in order to have something to talk about at society parties and such. "Oh, I used to do a bit of modeling/acting, but recently I've been so busy with the Cancer Initiative/North Shore Animal League/Poor Underprivileged Midgets..."

This couldn't be more true. I associate with some people who make really good money and ALL of their wives are always involved in some sort of cause. The husbands are glad they do this because it gets them off of their back.

Should be interesting how the little poo poo backs out of this challenge...

It's pretty bad when the most entertaining thing about the Stern show since it's renewal isn't even a part of the Stern show.

I'm 1/2 glad they resigned, and 1/2 wishing they didn't.
The biggest reason I became a listener was for Artie (liked him when he was on Mad TV), and I'm 99% confident that's over now.

It's almost like watching my favorite MMA fighter - Chuck Liddell. He once dominated the sport, but has been viciously KO'd in like 5 of his last 6 fights. It's hard to watch something you love fade away pitifully into oblivion.

Pretty much the only thing I look forward to is Richard, Sal, Fred, and some of the Wack Pack (which seem to have disappeared).

I'll agree with this. I came for Artie, and I only hang around to see if something interesting happens that breaks into the sphere of ignorance they create around them. That, and for the inevitable moment when Eric the Midget has a heart attack on the phone and loudly shits his pants.
