 Argh, everything is such a good idea, I want to vote for B to possibly ease relations but to also invite thinkers and new ideas to our nation and to set the par for our brothers. But A feels like a more natural progression for our nation even thought other examples have been pointed out. But an Economic incentive is the best incentive. Argh.
