There you are in your home, and the soldiers smash down the door and tell you you're in the middle of World War III. Something's gone wrong with time.
Forza 3 vinyl import was a bit wonky but got it working eventually

Bigshot is nifty but saving the file to a USB drive would be way more practical than uploading and downloading from the forzamotorsport.net site.
I'm pretty disappointed the paint and vinyl editor is almost entirely unchanged from Forza 3 though. There also seems to be a grand total of three new wheel choices which is weak as hell for a game 2 years in the making :(

Welp I am really quite disappointed I didn't make it into the lljk club. I am a forza fanatic and would have liked to be part of a large club. Oh well I guess I will choose one of the secondaries.

Also I got the 2002S, its so loving fun to drive.

Hudson Hornet, goddamnit. It was in Driver: San Francisco, the Cars movies made people more aware of its presence, it has actual racing heritage (okay in early NASCAR, but that still counts!), and it has a kickass looking set of gauges:

To be fair, most people just either went for the retarded DUB wheels or just took the lightest ones they could find to max out their PI, so I can't blame Turn 10 too much for not wanting to spend a lot of time remodeling a ton of wheel styles that would likely never get used anyway.

I'm still disappointed of course, but hey.

If it says the car is locked then it had vinyl groups that are locked on it, you'll need to remove those before you can share it. Kind of annoyed me that I couldn't put the Blundervolt into the club garage until I removed the Top Gear license plate vinyl from the back.

I hope this update fixes that sporadic flickering problem we were having in multiplayer yesterday.

I guess I just don't understand. I would think that the vinyls on a car would, you know, be one of the key reasons for sharing it?

Is there anyway to submit my car looking just the way it is or am I going to have to peel off the vinyls and submit it to the club with a boring paintjob?

Forza's rule has always been "if you didn't make it and don't have permission from the maker to share it, then you can't share it". That's why you can't auction or gift out cars with locked designs on them, or modify stuff you bought off the storefront, so designs can't be spread around without the creator at least being acknowledged for their work. Plus some people only distribute their designs through the auction house to justify jacking up the price make them more exclusive.

You'll have to remove the design if you want to share it. Be warned that if you do though you can't restore it unless the livery is one you bought seperately from the maker's storefront.

Kind of makes it nice for world tour mode to always have cars that are at least competitive (in theory). I was just freaking out that it seemed like I was never seeing PI's out side of 5 points of max and couldn't believe that all of these cars were THAT equal when run in stock configs.
