I found a few pictures of a friend of my dad riding on a lake sometime in the late 70s or early 80s. When he's on the bike with the black and white tank (#7), it's a Harley MX250. The orange tank (7u) is a SX250 (I think).      If you guys like this kind of stuff, I think I have a dvd with old 8 mm movie footage of him at Daytona in the 60s or 70s. I can upload it the next time I'm home.

And they're done like that, as mentioned for tuning purposes. Its easier to tune two individual exhaust lengths than to tune two that turn into one.
