I missed the beginning, but It seems most of his dudes are way overleveled for whatever he's fighting currently (barring this sparrow/haunter battle), so whatever attack he does/enemy does doesn't really matter. its just a matter of moving around on one screen while the others are in battle.

That's what happens in any game of Pokemon where you only really ever use one pokemon. That's why any pokemon speedrun is pretty much going to exclusively use the starter, and MAYBE one or two other pokemon (but usually just as HM whores.)

The No More Heroes 2 runner had to drop out of the Spooktacular for some reason, so after Demon's Crest and LittleBigPlanet it looks like, Uyama, Omnigamer, and Romscout will be filling 3.5 hours of time with various games (like maybe Hagane!).

drat, Little Big Planet is totally not my thing. I guess it's okay if you like it, but this speedrun is not selling it on me at all. A shame, really! I wanted to see what it was all about. Can't wait for the random games, though.

Fergbot is about to stream the results of his 8th non-TAS SM64 challenge. Every week he puts up a list of some random tasks to do in a world, and then streams everyone's submissions. The tasks are really easy and open-ended so there's a lot of variety in route and skill. It's a lot of fun to watch, and this is my first week submitting. It was fun to participate even though I'm not a sm64 runner, so I'm pumped to see how well I did.
