If BJ Watling edges an outswinger to the keeper he is declared 'spineless' by our fans whereas if he is lucky enough to miss it or edge through the slips and end up with a score he is declared 'gritty', to me it shows a fundamental lack of understanding of the game, and the respective talents of our players versus the opposition. Franklin just plain sucks though.

Came for the thread blowing up over Australia picking five bowlers, and I have to say you all delivered. I presume Inverarity, Bichel et al are thinking that it's about time to rotate in all the frontline fast bowlers at the moment? Just in time to rotate them all out for the ODI non-series or Indian tour? Sure the wicket is a touch green, but that's no reason not to blood new batsmen to replace both Watson and Hussey? To think we lost to NZ last season in Hobart...

The default ABC web stream is slightly ahead of the TV, I have tried to find a program that will delay sound coming out of my soundcard but no such luck.
