I do believe I was banned this morning. Got in a slap fight with Kim here. What ultimately would have stopped the nazis in their tracks would have been the political will of the German people refusing to align themselves with a far far far right racist organization - and police & other officials who cooperated with the nazis being routed out of government for corruption. This did not happen - so the nazis were able to use violence as their primary tool of advancing their 'cause.' We're seeing a similar thing happening in Greece right now.

The thing is, if there ever is an oppressive government in the US it'll be a Right Wing one.
