No, it's terrible in a way that means the tattoo artist sucks and has poo poo for technique. The subject matter is pretty whatever, but the lines and shading are really not good. Also that rainbow heart is gonna look like total poo poo when it starts to blur and fade out unevenly.

That "America's Worst Tattoos" show has a place where you can upload your tattoo and maybe they'll pick you to be on their next episode where you can have your tattoo covered up by someone who knows what they're doing. Some of them are so bad. Others are hilarious. Years ago this tatt that was supposed to represent the word Princess in Chinese lettering It has been done 3x each time worse than the last.  Scary face Tlingit moon and chicken scratch stars... Shouldn't let my ex-boyfriend learn how to tattoo on me I guess.  i was bored one night, friend had a tattoo gun. try to draw a domo and now i have this on my arm until i have money to fix it -_-  Is it bad I think this one is awesome? It simply said "Red Cardinal"  I have the worst tattoo ever. My story involves drunk punk rockers and a homemade tattoo machine. I don't even know what it is now.  Suppose to say Half Breed. I drew the stencil but the guy didnt use it. its in HIS hand writing. I don't think I'd ever let someone NOT use a stencil I made.  Let a guy tattoo me assuming he could handle a lightsaber on my finger..I was wrong. Notice the discoloration on the knuckle 2 years later Aren't finger tattoos going to fade no matter what? The cardinal does look pretty interesting, but considering how it's flanked by smaller, shittier-looking tattoos I just feel bad for it  The one under it looks like they fell asleep with their wrist sitting on top of wet ink, and they woke up to find that imprinted there.

I thought that cardinal looked like something from society6 and sure enough http://society6.com/product/Cardinal-Rule_Print there it is. The linework's a bit bold but just finishing in more of the red would help a lot.

The cardinal is clearly a tattoo done in a deliberately sketchy style by a really good tattooist and artist. Maybe the person who has it uploaded it just for the attention, or they just don't like the style (even though it's really competently executed). Does it say what character/s that "Chinese" one is supposed to be? (Is it two characters smushed together rather than a compound character? It looks like it is.) I think the first character/semantic radical looks like it might be a badly done 己(self), second character/phonetic radical I have no clue, it's all bled together and indistinct.
