Speaking of which - if anyone has been living under a rock and somehow hasn't heard, DOMA, the piece of legislation passed to give the US Federal government the ability to deny same-sex marriages the legal benefits of marriage, has been struck down by the Supreme Court of the US. Today is a good day.

She is completely prepared for the zombie apocalypse. Mine is a personal feel good: Taking summer class(precalc) a subject I've had problems with before. First test of the session 97% with the class average being in the 70s. I've been a C-B student after middle school and I'm really excited to be set up so nicely already for my first A in a long time.

When you work with people who have given up on their lives surrounded by people who don't think they can succeed and be normal and independent, it's nice to see someone tell them to go screw themselves and just loving kill it.

I love dance. I love when different styles of dance come together. Thus, I especially love The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, or the LXD. The LXD is composed of many dancers in many styles, from street styles like breaking, animation, tutting, and krump to more traditional styles like tap, ballet, jazz, and modern. The dancers in the LXD are also considered some of the best in the world. It's amazing and uplifting to see just how the human body can move and how well these vastly different styles blend together.
