Imgur does, but with 2mb limit that's kinda useless. Well, I wanted to learn imgur api anyway, so I added upload function, both anonymous and to account. Anyone interested can try out new version here. Note: imgur sometimes takes a while to respond to api calls, I don't know what's up with that yet.

I assumed this was Christian the Lion but apparently it's a more recent human/lion reunion. Must be a more common occurrence than one might guess. I suppose
