Hello I would like to make a public service announcement regarding f.lux before using f.lux I would stay up at the computer for hours into the wee morning, wondering why I couldn't get to sleep after installing f.lux my screen gets progressively darker, giving my eyes a chance to relax and allowing my circadian rhythm to not be all hosed up from staring into a bright light all night. this is what f.lux is for thank you for your time thank you forums moderator zoolooman for convincing me to ignore pagancow and try f.lux

I literally used f.lux once and it helped me get to sleep and I hit back in a good sleep cycle. every day since I have hated it and turn it off after about a minute but I guess it reminds me to sleep???
