I still can't get over the fact that the US needs to poach mediocre Norwegian players. Diskerud wouldn't be on the bench for Norway. Also, Norway will concede within 20 minutes, and England will win without breaking a sweat.

There is also the Copa Centroamericana 2014 taking place across 3-13 September, and the 2014 Caribbean Cup from 9-18 November, both of which will decide participants in the 2015 Gold Cup and, for this time only the 2016 Copa America Centenario. The qualification rounds for the Caribbean Cup are taking place at the moment.
