I play Will Power powered by a green crystal to doubleplus power March, giving me 7 movement. Which is all I need to move West once on to the hill (3), Fly (tile flip) two hexes 2), and storm the gates (2) of the green city. I play demolish with a red crystal. EDITED TAKE 3 I blow the everliving poo poo out of the goddamn fire altem whatever with my mages, crossbowmen, and powered ice bolt, dealing 2 physical plus 7 ice, for 3 ice, killing his dumbshit face. In the damage round I just soak the remaining damage. 3 wounds. (and 3 in my discard) Then, I play a powered rage with a red mana crystal, giving me 4 damage, killing the guardsmen. Then I throw away theSword of Justice boosting physical damage to 8 and discard Crystallize and Mana Storm for 2 physical damage, boosted to 4, resulting in 12 damage, very diffucltly after a long, hard battle destroying the other two dudes just barely. Then I flip potion making to heal me up to 1 wound. (and 3 in my discard) That should be 18 fame and like three hours of one single combat jesus christ this game is great. The gunners are brutal, and will deal 12 damage if unblocked. That's four wounds (plus four in the discard pile), for a total of seven (and seven in the discard). That's greater than your handsize, so it would cause a knockout, forcing you to discard all non-wound cards.

But yeah, you still fall prey to the knockout rule.

So goldyx is a huge jerk blame him for everything. I will be using Dark Fire Magic and Green Crystal Craft I will start off by performing all of this powered TRAINING, throwing away Tranquility for Pathfinding. Play it powered, terrain move costs are reduced to 2. (2 green used) Then I will use a white from the source to cast Wings of Wind. Spend my 4 movement to go onto SW and yell at goldyx before going SE SE SE to end on the hill with the green mine. Power Song of Wind for move 2 and to reduce plains, wasteland and desert to 0 move cost. Head to the monastery by the blue city and pour one out for my homies, then assault the white city. (2 green, 2 white used) No siege or ranged. Use the golems to scare the Altem Mages. The swordsmen hit me and the crossbows hit my fire golems. I gain 2 wounds. Attack phase, have the catapults throw ice at the altem mages while the fire golems shoot them with fire for the kill. (2 green, 2 white, 1 red, 1 blue used) Power Swiftness and Improvisation discarding Magic Talent. Play Steady Tempo and Threaten sideways along with freezing power to get to 11 attack. Kill the swords and the crossbows. (2 green, 3 white, 2 red, 1 blue used) Use healing ritual to donate my wounds to the church of Norowas. Nominate myself for bit. trip runner net crystal: -1 green, -2 white, -0 red, -0 blue.

I'd promised Stelas that Great Start would guarantee me a city. Couldn't let him down, he suffers so much already. Did you know he lives in Britain? e: Also I'd figured that 14 movement + 9 influence would have been too much for you to pull off. e2: I forgot prayer of weather, but that reduces movements costs to 1 at minimum, so it'd still take 7 moves. Ah, yeah. We'd all have our respective cities (except Tovak) and all would be right with the world. It doesn't help that I've had conditional orders for attacking the White City for a couple turns running, and the mana just wouldn't play nice, Mana Search or no.
