Both. I appear to have forgotten the 'once per turn' limitation, though.

Its supposed to be compatable with XOs(Movement only works on your turn) as well as your own turn in exchange for sitting on your butt and reading a script, but not spammable. (which is what happens if you can use it twice in any turn).

There's a definite element of trust to it though, since XOing someone else at the wrong time can be disastrous.

I went ahead and edited the original, hope you don't mind. Sorry sadbag.

Also i posted my draws, but its ##3 Pil for the record. katniss setup wasn't listed, but she's a pilot so i'm assuming its the hangar deck.
