Good luck to him and all Norwitches. He's a really good manager that wants to play nice football and promote youth, and has had nothing but success doing so in one full season and two half seasons. But no one will take him seriously because he looks like a Bonsai Statham and when a player falls out with him because he's dropped for a 16 year old and says "show us your medals" to his gaffer, Neil will storm out the room probably headbutting someone on the way out. Basically if he can't get the dressing room on his side immediately he'll be managing elsewhere by summer. If he can, then I guess he'll probably join the list of famous Scots at Carrow Road like cancer's Bryan Gunn and the others who don't sound like WWE wrestlers. It's gonna be enjoyable anyway, cos even if it all goes wrong he's gonna end up lamping Delia.
